The Westwood Group was created in response to the growing housing crisis and the widening gap between income levels and available housing in Metro Atlanta. As living costs rose, so did the need for safe, accessible, and stable homes for individuals seeking independence and support.
What began as a local housing initiative has evolved into a mission-driven organization focused on providing clean, furnished, shared housing for independent individuals. Our approach is rooted in dignity, structure, and community. We offer residents more than just a place to live — we provide a space to rebuild and grow.

Phone Screening
Our intake team will reach out within 24–48 hours to confirm eligibility and gather additional information.

Background & Documentation Review
We verify ID, income sources, and screen for eligibility based on program guidelines and safety standards.

Intake Approval
Once approved, the applicant is notified and given next steps for placement.

Move-In Coordination
We coordinate move-in logistics and provide clear expectations for shared housing living.
